Thanks for the question. You could potentionally use the subscription table and use the canceled/end date to calculate churn for the previous months. Alternatively, if you go to the Stripe dashboard, you can see a churn chart and get all your data there (I can't find a dashboard API previously, but you can use Selenium to scrape the data). The Stripe dashboard will give you the most accurate Churn data I think. Let me know if you have more questions :)
